These Terms of Service apply to your use of nexuscollectables.co.uk and purchases from Nexus Collectables. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Using Our Website

You must use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order.

You must not attempt to access restricted systems, introduce malicious software, interfere with website security or use another person’s payment details without permission.

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Children should use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell toys, games and collectables. Please read each product description carefully, including dimensions, contents, age recommendations and safety warnings.

We aim to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and photographs may include props that are not supplied unless expressly stated.

These variations do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for their stated purpose.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery charges and the total payable amount are shown before you submit your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected details or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

5. Placing and Accepting Orders

After submitting an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. A contract is formed at that point for the products confirmed as dispatched.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the affected items.

Please check your order details before submitting them and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

6. Availability and Pre-Orders

Products are subject to availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Where pre-orders are offered, the product page will explain the expected dispatch schedule and relevant conditions. We will inform you of material changes.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery estimates are separate from processing time. Any different arrangements will be explained before purchase.

If delivery is delayed or a parcel is missing, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Responsibility for the goods normally passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For most online purchases, you also have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Exceptions may apply to certain products, such as clearly personalised goods. Any applicable exceptions do not remove your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods.

Contact contact@nexuscollectables.co.uk to request cancellation or return instructions. Statutory cancellation does not depend on our approval.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Please contact us if goods arrive damaged, are faulty or do not match their description.

We will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. Our voluntary return period does not limit these rights.

10. Product Safety

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, age guidance and safety warnings.

Some products contain small parts or require adult supervision. Packaging materials should be kept away from young children where they present a hazard.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content and third-party brands are protected by the rights of their respective owners.

You may browse and save reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Other uses require appropriate permission unless permitted by law.

Reviews and other submissions must be honest, relevant and lawful. You must have permission to share any photographs or other protected material you submit.

We may remove content containing personal information, unlawful material, spam or infringement of another person’s rights. We do not require reviews to be positive.

14. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing restricts your statutory consumer rights.

15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfilment. If this happens, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

This does not remove any cancellation or refund rights available to you under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you placed the order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
